Memorandum of Cooperation signed between Georgian Association of Mediators and International Investors Association.

The main purpose of the Memorandum is collaboration between the parties with the aim to introduce and promote alternative dispute resolution mechanism in Georgia, for the timely and effective resolution of disputes.

The document was signed by Irakli Kandashvili, Chairperson of the Georgian Association of Mediators and Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze, the Chairman of the International Investors Association.
