Memorandum of Cooperation signed between Mediators Association of Georgia and Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia

Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between Mediators Association of Georgia and Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia.

The Memorandum is aimed at cooperation between the parties for development of collective labor dispute mediation as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

The document was signed by Chairman of Mediators Association of Georgia, Irakli Kandashvili and Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, Ekaterine Tikaradze.
