Memorandum of Cooperation signed between Mediators Association of Georgia and the Office of the Business Ombudsman of Georgia

Within the Mediation Week Activities dedicated to the Professional Day of the Mediator Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Mediators Association of Georgia and the Office of the Business Ombudsman of Georgia.

The main purpose of the Memorandum is collaboration between the parties with the aim to introduce and promote alternative dispute resolution mechanism in Georgia, for the timely and effective resolution of disputes.
The Memorandum was signed by Irakli Kandashvili, Chairperson of the Mediators  Association of  Georgia and Nino Kvetenadze Executive the Business Ombudsman of Georgia.

We would like to inform you that from April 30, 2024, the registration for the program for testing the practical skills of those who wish to become mediators has started. Registration for the program will continue until June 14, 2024.
