Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Mediators Association of Georgia and the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Development Association (SMEDA). The memorandum aims to cooperate on topical issues in the field of common interest, implement joint measures, projects and initiatives for institutional development and its promotion, which will help to introduce / popularize mediation as an alternative dispute resolution in Georgia and provide access to mediation for small and medium entrepreneurs. Prior to the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, the parties discussed and planned various future joint activities under the Memorandum that will facilitate small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of integration of the mediation mechanism. At the end of the meeting, the memorandum was signed by Irakli Kandashvili, Chairman of the Mediators Association of Georgia, and Giga Paikidze, Executive Director of the SME Development Association (SMEDA).
