Workshop and Discussion - Mediation - An Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism in the Business Sector

On April 14, the Mediators Association of Georgia and the Global Compact Georgia Network held a working meeting and discussion - Mediation - An Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism in the Business Sector.

The event was opened by the Chairman of the Mediators Association of Georgia - Irakli Kandashvili, the Head of the Georgian Global Compact Network - Salome Zurabishvili and Head of the Human Rights Secretariat of the Government of Georgia - Maka Peradze. 

Irakli Kandashvili, Chairman of the Mediators Association of Georgia, spoke about the activities of the Association. During the event, mediators Elene Orjonikidze and Sophio Chachava introduced the business representatives to the forms of mediation, important facts related to disputes and the services offered to the business by the Mediators Association of Georgia;

A discussion was held at the end of the event. The workshop was supported by the Swedish Government.
