Currently Eto is an Attorney and Partner at a consulting firm „RD Consulting“ LLC. Also, she is a member of the Georgian Bar Association in the field of civil/administrative law, with additional specialization in children's rights.
A Lawyer by profession, holds Master’s (LL.M) degree and Bachelor's (LL.B) degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law. Furthermore, Eto is a PHD candidate of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law.
Eto has completed a 60-hour mediation certificate training organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
