Currently he is partner of the law firm Kordzakhia, Jgenti, GP
Lawyer by profession holds a Bachelor’s degree in legal Science and Magister’s degree in EU law from I. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, also holds Bacherlor’s degree of law from Grigol Robakidze University.
He received accreditation of mediator in 2012 within CEDR I and CEDR II courses.
From 2013 he is Tbilisi City Court mediator and from 2019 is included in the united registry of mediators.
His mediation practice includes: Finance, Insurance, Corporate, Construction, Medical malpractice, Family disputes.
From 1999 till now he is a partner of law firm Kordzakhia, Jgenti, GP (reorganized from Pataraia and Partners, GP), In past he worked for IBRD and IFC as local expert, he was head of legal service or chief inhouse counsel in commercial banks Absolute bank JSC, Tbilinterbank JSC and Qarty bank.
Irakli is member of the Georgian Bar from 2004 and currently he is member of disciplinary body of the Bar.
