Shalva Mkheidze - Mediator since 2023
He is currenly a lawyer at Delta International, a PhD student atNew VisionUniversity, and a member of the Georgian Bar Association with general specialization, with additional specialization in children's rights (civil) and juvenile justice.
He holds a bachelor's degree in law from Tbilisi Free University and a master's degree in business law from the same university. As a student, he has participated in a number of professional conferences and training and is the winner of several moot court and mediation competitions.
Shalva has completed Intellectual Property General Course organized by World Intellectual Property Organization. Also, in 2022, he passed the mediation (60-hour) certificate training organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He is an accredited court mediator.
Shalva participated as an invited expert in the Consumer Law and Mediation Moot Court. Also, he was anarbitrator of the Second National Moot in Commercial Arbitration organized by Georgian Association of Arbitrators.
Regarding professional experience: Shalva was a Teaching Assistant at Tbilisi Free University (2019 – 2020), a Legal Assistant at Academy of Digital Industries (2022), a Legal content creator at Lawformer (2020 – 2023) and a Legal Assistang at Rompetrol Georgia (KMG International) (2021 – 2022).
Shalva is specializing in contractual, commercial, and labor disputes, as well as neighbor, family and inheritance law disputes.
