In 2021, Tamar completed a 60-hours certification training course for Mediators organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution of Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (NCADR), accredited by the Georgian Association of Mediators. Since 2022 is an accredited Mediator at Tbilisi City Court.

Since 2016, she has been an accredited trainer by the High School of Justice of Georgia.
