Tamar Kvintradze - Mediator since 2017
Currently provides legal support for various infrastructural projects. Lawyer by profession, holds a Master's degree in International Business Law from Central European University (Budapest, Hungary) and Ivane Javakhishvili State University of Tbilisi diploma with the qualification of a lawyer. Since 2006, she isa member of Georgian Bar Association and practicing lawyer with general specialization. In 2017, Tamar passed 56-hour certification training for mediators conducted by UNDP and the European Union for Tbilisi City Court and since then holds status of an accredited mediator. Since 2017 is a mediator at Tbilisi City Court. Tamar's specialization in mediation is labor law, intellectual property law and law of obligations. As for professional experience: in 2013 - 2020 she was the head of legal department in Silk Road EnergyLLC; In 2006-2013 worked as a lawyer in the law firm Getsadze & Pateishvili; In 2006-2007 - lawyer of JSC Autogas; In 2005-2006 - Leading Specialist in Tbilisi City Court; In 2005 – Lawyer at STUDIO 24 - Architecture and EngineeringLLC; In 2005 – Executive Assistant to CBF II Sub- project Capacity building and strategic support of the Office of the State Minister on Conflict Resolution Issues, funded by UNDP.
