Georgian Association of Mediators in partnership with the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) held an online international conference on Mediator’s Professional Ethics and Professional Challenges.
The draft Code of Professional Ethics of Mediators developed by the Georgian Association of Mediators was discussed at the conference. Georgian mediators (members of the working group on the draft Code) learnt about opinion of the German expert, mediator Ms. Ingrid Honlinger (a mediator, former member of the German Parliament, co-author of the German Law on Mediation) for further improvement of the draft code.
The event was organized under the auspices of the Georgian Association of Mediators and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the German Bar Association.
