Irakli Kandashvili, Chairperson of the Georgian Association of Mediators, held a working meeting with Mikheil Daushvili, Business Ombudsman of Georgia.
The parties discussed the form of future cooperation and the shared projects to be implemented, which aim to introduce and promote mediation as a new dispute resolution mechanism for Georgian and foreign business entities operating in Georgia.
At the meeting special attention was paid to the advantages that have no alternative for the parties to the dispute, in order to implement their interests quickly and effectively through mediation.
Particular steps and future joint initiatives were planned.
