The purpose of the memorandum is to popularize notarial mediation, to develop and publish joint publications, to plan roundtables, conferences and other activities;The memorandum includes organizing and executing joint events and projects such as conferences, round tables, etc.   

The document was signed by Chairman of Mediators Association of Georgia, Irakli Kandashvili and Chairman of theNotary Chamber of Georgia Davit Putkaradze.
