Within the Mediation Week Activities dedicated to the Professional Day of the Mediator Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Mediators Association of Georgia and the Georgian Business Association.
The main purpose of the Memorandum is collaboration between the parties with the aim to introduce and promote alternative dispute resolution mechanism in Georgia, for the timely and effective resolution of disputes.
