The training "Gender and Gender Relations" was organized by the Mediators Association of Georgian and supported by the partner donor organization UN Women Georgia. The training is part of the project "Against Violence against Women and Girls", implemented by UN Women and United Nations Population Fund with the support of the European Union.
The event was opened by Irakli Kandashvili, Chairman of the Mediators Association of Georgia, and the training was led by the expet Mamuka Gachechiladze invited by the donor organization.
The event discussed issues related to the problem of sexual harassment, the mechanisms in the country of combating and responding against it, as well as special attention on violence against women and domestic violence.
