Training - "Distributive and Integrative Negotiation in Mediation Practice"

"Distributive and Integrative Negotiation in Mediation Practice" was organized jointly by "Mediators Association of Georgia" and USAID Rule of Law Program, which was led by Wildau University professor, mediator, expert Greg Bond.  

32 mediators took part in the training, which was conducted in both Georgian and English languages, the training was aimed at getting to know the role of the mediator, the peculiarities of the mediation process: styles and different methods, and also to emphasize the fundamental need to highlight the interests and needs of the parties during the course of mediation. The second part of the training Dedicated to the sharing of experiences between mediators, participants held discussions and took part in practical exercises prepared by an expert.
