Currently Ana is a Partner and Director at a law firm „Legal Group“ LLC, also she is the head of the legal department at Palitra Holding.
A Lawyer, holds Master’s (LL.M) degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law as well as Bachelor's (LL.B) degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law. She has passed a lawyer's qualification exam in the field of civil/administrative law.
At various times, she worked at„Palitra Holding” LLC as a chief lawyer, she was a chief lawyer at the Biblusi Group and at a chief lawyer at the law firm „Legal Group“ LLC. Also she was employed as a lawyer at the company "GLC".
The main areas are –Corporate law, Labor law, Intellectual Property Law, Obligation law, Contract Law.
