Professional experience: Since 2006 she has been working as a lawyer in various human rights organizations, including the Society for Fair Elections and International Democracy (ISFD) (protection of persons released on political grounds in labor disputes), 2019-2020- Local Democracy Agency's project "Raising Public Awareness on the Prevention of Juvenile justice in Imereti and Racha -Lechkhumi Kvemo Svaneti Region". 2018 -2019 Georgian Trade Union Confederation (Lawyer, Trainer in Labor Disputes), 2017 UNICEF – Short-term legal expert -Provide technical assistance to UNICEF and the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs and revise the Ministerial Order through drafting ammendments to incorporate child assessment component within the family assessment scheme. 2012 -2021 "Center for Psychosocial and Medical Rehabilitation of Victims of Torture - Kutaisi" - Founder / Director, 2019 Georgian Bar Association - Invited Trainer On the topic "Effective protection of equality", 2016- Legal Department of the Central Election Commission of Georgia - Lawyer.
