Ana Kordzakhia - mediator since 2025
Currently, Ana is a lawyer at the Legal Department of the Business Support Association, N(N)LE "Business Georgia".
Since 2024, she has been a visiting lecturer at the “Imedi Multiprofile Public College”, delivering the following courses: “Ensuring the Protection of Children's Rights in Early and Preschool Education Institutions” and “Civic Education”. Additionally, at the “Academy of Business and Technology,” Ana lectures on the subject “Occupational Safety and Environmental Technologies.”
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the School of Law at the University of Georgia. In 2024, she successfully passed the Bar Qualification Exam. That same year, she began her studies in the Master's program at the School of Law of the University of Georgia.
In 2024, Ana completed a training course organized by the Personal Data Protection Service (LEPL). She also undertook a 60-hour certified mediation training course provided by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) at Tbilisi State University.
In 2023, she passed the fully accredited Occupational Safety Examination and was awarded the title of Occupational Safety Specialist.
In 2022, Ana participated as an organizer in the interregional conference held in Georgia, titled “Establishing a Partnership System at the Regional Level to Improve the Implementation of Environmental and Occupational Safety Standards in Georgia”, supported by the German government and conducted in collaboration with German experts. For her contribution, she received an international letter of recommendation from the German Association for Occupational Safety (VDSI).
