Dzhivan (Jivan) Mkrtchian - mediator since 2024
Currently an intern at Korzadze Law Office, a trainer at the Justice Training Center, and a certified translator. Professionally, he is a lawyer holding a Bachelor's degree and a Master's academic degree in private law from Tbilisi State University (TSU).
He has completed an intensive course on leadership, conflict management, and mediation at the University of San Diego, USA. In 2023, Dzhivan completed a 60-hour certified mediation training course organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) at TSU. Additionally, in 2023, he successfully completed a "Training of Trainers" course at the Justice Training Center.
Since 2018, Dzhivan has been conducting training sessions in human rights and law for various governmental and non-governmental organizations. In 2023, he successfully passed the unified specialization qualification examinations for lawyers. Dzhivan has published the following articles: “Legal Consequences of Violating the Obligation to Provide Information to Consumers”, “The Concept and Historical Overview of Consumer Rights”.
