Elene Utmelidze - mediator since 2024
Currently, she is a Lawyer for the supermarket chain "Magniti" and is a member of the Georgian Bar Association, specializing in Civil and Administrative Law. Additionally, she is a member of the Competition and Commercial Law Committee of the Georgian Bar Association.
She holds a Master's degree in Business Law from Ilia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution.
She has successfully completed a 60-hour certification course in Mediation, organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) of Tbilisi State University; a course on "Contracts" organized by the Georgian Institute of Law; a certification program on the "General Course on Intellectual Property" organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and Sakpatenti; and a training on "Consumer Rights and Challenges in Contractual Relationships," organized by IRZ, among others.
Throughout her career, she has provided legal support to private companies operating in the Georgian market, including those in the FMCG and trade sectors.
Her primary areas of expertise in mediation include corporate and business law, labor law, contract law, obligations and intellectual property law.
