Kakha Kozhoridze - mediator since 2023
Currently founding partner and director of the law firm “Kozhoridze and Lawyers” LLC.
Kakha Kozhoridze holds a Master's degree in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where he studied under the Chevening Program. Earlier, in 2005, he graduated with honors from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Law Faculty. In 2005-2006 he studied Law at GIPA.
Kakha has 18 years of successful professional work behind him. In 2015-2018, he was a legal advisor to the President of Georgia. He has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2006. In 2007-2014, he worked in various capacities at the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association (GYLA) – first as a lawyer, then as Director of the Legal Aid Center, before being elected twice – consecutively - as Chairperson of GYLA from 2012-2014. Kakha Kozhoridze was also a member of the State Constitutional Commission of Georgia and Chairperson of a coalition of more than 30 non-governmental organizations working on judicial reforms. He has conducted lectures at various institutions of higher education and carried out trainings for attorneys within the framework of a joint EU-UN project.
