Mariam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (With Honours) from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, as well as a Master’s degree in Private Law (With Honours) from the same university. Additionally, she has completed a one-semester course on Copyright Law offered by Harvard Law School in cooperation with Tbilisi State University.
In 2022, Mariam successfully completed a 60-hour Certification Training Course organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Professional Experience: From March 2019 to August 2022, Mariam worked at a legal firm, where she conducted legal research, drafted international agreements and legal documents, and prepared legal opinions for international and transnational companies; Since September 2022, she has been delivering legal trainings organized by the Training Center of Justice of Georgia; Since October 2022, she has been working as a legal associate at “SunBreath Corp. LLC. Legal Services" (SBC Legal, operating under an umbrella of SunBreath Corp., a domestic business corporation in the city of New York, US.), specializing in corporate law, bankruptcy, intellectual property, claims security, contract law, and land law.
