Mariam Gigolashvili - Mediator since 2024
Mariam Gigolashvili is a senior lawyer at the law firm "Legal Experts Group," with extensive experience providing legal services to major development and consulting companies in both international and local markets. Her areas of expertise span various fields of private law, including construction law, corporate law, labor law, education law, and matters related to personal data protection.
Mariam is a member of the Georgian Bar Association, specializing in civil and administrative law, and holds particular expertise in child rights protection.
Mariam is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Law at New Vision University, where she also serves as an academic assistant in private law. She holds a Master’s degree in Comparative Private and International Law from New Vision University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. In addition to her formal education, Mariam has successfully completed several specialized legal courses,include a 62-hour mediation certification program with "Resolve."
