Marika Zhordania - mediator since 2025
In 2012, Marika graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, earning an academic degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.).
Since 2014, she has been employed in various positions at the State Care and Assistance Agency for Victims of Human Trafficking and Violence, operating under the State Care and Trafficking Victims Assistance Agency (LEPL) in Tbilisi. She currently serves as the Shelter Manager at the same institution.
As of 2025, Marika has completed a three-level certification program in Mediation at the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Marika’s professional experience in the field of law includes both private and public sector work. She has completed numerous trainings and educational programs on violence against women and domestic violence issues. She possesses extensive experience in family law, human rights protection, and amicable dispute resolution.
