Marine Tsiklauri-Mediator since 2017
Laywer by profiession holds The Juris Doctor from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Since 2017 Marine has undergone 56 hours of mediator training organized by the the High Council of Justice, UNDP, EU4Justice. By her status she is an Accredited Mediator.
Also, in 2018 she took part in the training course of Family Mediation organized by the University ,, New Vision“ UNDP, EU4Jus.
2012 - TSU National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution, USAID, EWMI, on a topic – “Mediation as an alternative way of dispute resolution”.
Since, 2018 Marine is the Mediator Judge at Tbilisi City Court. Marine’s mediation case categories are: Family, Community, Heritage, Shared Ownership law and the civil mediation disputes.
Regarding to her professional experience: Since 2012 she is a member of Georgian Bar Association, Specialized in both, criminal and civil law. 2006-2016 she was an invited lecturer inseveral universities. Between 1999-2005 Marine was a Judge at Vake-Saburtalo Regional Court.
