Natia Bitsadze - mediator since 2024
Lawyer by profession, holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a Master's degree in Private and Business Law from Guram Tavartkiladze University.
Since 2014, Natia has worked as a lawyer in public and private institutions at various times. Having acquired a new profession in 2022, she now works in the field of human resources management.
Natia has successfully completed several certification and training courses including a mediation (60-hour) certification training course organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Currently, Natia holds the position of a Chief Specialist of the Human Resources Management Division of the Department of Administration of the Public Service Development Agency.
