Nato Akhsabadze - Mediator since 2026
A lawyer by profession, Invited Trainer at the Training Center of Justice, and member of the Georgian Bar Association (general specialization). She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law (LL.M. in Private Law) from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, both awarded with honors. Starting in October 2026, she will begin her studies in Germany at Goethe University Frankfurt, in the LL.M. in Law & Finance program. She is a recipient of the Deutschlandstipendium (German National Scholarship).
From 2022, she worked for 4 years at JSC Bank of Georgia as a lawyer in the Legal Research and Compliance team, where she prepared over 80 international legal research memoranda on financial regulation, consumer protection, competition, and labor law, and assessed more than 70 legislative drafts for compliance with EU and UK law.
She has international consulting, practical, and arbitration experience - she worked at PwC Georgia in the areas of tax, contract, labor, and intellectual property law, and during international internships (LK LAW LLP, London/AIFC Court and IAC, Kazakhstan) conducted comparative legal research on British and Georgian contract law systems and prepared analyses on the recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards.
For her academic and professional achievements, she has been awarded the Fati Gokieli Prize, supported by Tbilisi State University and J&T Consulting. She was a member of the Tbilisi State University team at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, representing the university in official hearings in Vienna, Austria, and has completed the joint 12-week CopyrightX certificate program in copyright law offered by Harvard Law School and Tbilisi State University.
