Nini Kepuladze - mediator since 2024
Currently serving as a corporate lawyer at Gastronom Group, Nini Kepuladze is a doctoral candidate and an academic assistant in private law at New Vision University.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a bilingual Master’s degree in Comparative Private and International Law from New Vision University.
Nini has extensive professional experience. She has worked as a legal advisor and lawyer in various private companies with diverse profiles and has been actively involved in research projects and managerial roles.
Between 2021 and 2023, she led the research team and managed the project for drafting a commentary on the Labor Code, a collaborative initiative between New Vision University and the International Labour Organization (ILO). Since 2022, she has also been engaged in educational projects co-funded by USAID, holding managerial positions. Additionally, in 2022, she received a grant from the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia and conducted research at Luigi Vanvitelli University.
In 2024, she became a scholarship recipient of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Czech Republic and pursued academic research at Charles University. Nini has experience working with public schools within the framework of implementing and developing the National Curriculum.
She has passed the Georgian Bar Association’s qualification exams and has completed a 62-hour certificate program in mediation accredited by the Georgian Mediators Association, organized by RESOLVE.
