Lawyer by profession, hold’s diploma in law from I. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University; Diploma from George Marshall European Center for Security and International Relations Studies.
Professional experience: from 1998 to 2020, he worked in various managment positions in the office of the Parliament of Georgia, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection and the Ministry of Education and Science; Since 1998, he has been a lawyer, manager and consultant (for various commercial and non-governmental organizations in issues of inclusive policy, social protection, education and local self-government).
