Tamar Gigineishvili - mediator since 2024
Lawyer , Holds a diploma from I. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Law faculty.
In 2020, Tamar has completed an 80-hour mediation certification training module within the cooperation of TSU National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (TSU NCADR), South Texas Law School of Houston (STCLH) (USA) and Georgia Bar Association (GBA).
Currently, he is the personal data protection officer (DPO) of the Public Services Development Agency of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.
Tamar is a member of the Georgian Bar Association with general specialization.
Tamara has passed certification programs: Business Administration (CBA_Certified Business Administrator), International Accounting Standards and Payment System (ACCA), Council of Europe for Georgia, European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (Council of Europe), and holds a diploma of the Association of Young Lawyers - Introduction to Law ( GYLA).
Tamar's work experience includes: legal work with a construction company, cooperation with a notary, citizenship and migration, experting of legal acts and feasibility of joining the Convention.
