Veriko Gagua - mediator since 2022
Currently, holds the position of the head of the eastern region group of lawyers of the JSC Miso Euro Credit. A lawyer with a specialization in Civil and Administrative Law.
Since 2014, a member of the Georgian Bar Association in the field of Civil law and engaged in private legal practice. In 2017-2018 years, a lawyer at the Marika Arevadze Law office. In 2018-2021, a member of the Mediation and Arbitration development committee of the Georgian Bar Association. From 2021 the lawyer, additionally with a specialization in children’s rights.
In 2019 completed a 40-hour mediation certificate training, supported by Tbilisi State University (TSU), National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR), Georgian Bar Association (GBA), and Tbilisi Open University (TOU). In 2017 completed training about the role of the lawyer in the development of mediation, which was organized by the Georgian Bar Association.
Mediation includes cases connected to contractual, obligational, family, commercial, inheritance, labor, individual and collective labor law, and non-property rights.
