Nina Gersamia - member of the Executive Board since 2019.
Nina is a lawyer, attorney, accredited mediator, certified trainer, and a PhD candidate in Law. Since 2008, she has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association, practicing in the field of private law. Since 2022, she has been a member of the Mediators Association of Georgia and a mediator of Tbilisi City Court, and since 2026, she is elected as a Member of the Executive Board of the Mediators Association of Georgia.

Since 2022, she is the Head of the Early and Effective Dispute Resolution – Mediation Center, a private mediation center dedicated to promoting mediation as an efficient, accessible, and modern dispute resolution mechanism. Her work includes the development and implementation of educational, research, and practical projects in the field of mediation, fostering professional skills development, supporting practice-based legal education for students and legal professionals, and contributing to the advancement of private mediation and mediation culture in Georgia.
Nina Gersamia is a member of the academic staff and a lecturer at the School of Law of Grigol Robakidze University, where she is also pursuing her doctoral studies. Since 2023, she has been a Visiting Lecturer at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
In 2006, she graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law. Between 2003 and 2005, she completed a 60-credit program in Pedagogy and was awarded the qualification of Teacher of Law. Since 2006, she has been actively engaged in educational and teaching activities.
As a certified trainer, she has delivered numerous interactive and practice-oriented trainings, public lectures, and masterclasses in mediation, negotiation, effective communication, and conflict management. She has served as an initiator, organizer, trainer, and speaker at various professional projects, competitions, scientific conferences, and symposiums.
In 2020, she successfully completed a 80-hour Certified Mediation Training Program. Her mediation practice covers labor, family, contractual, neighborhood, banking and financial, obligations-related, and other civil disputes.
Her professional development includes numerous international and local programs in mediation, mediator skills, negotiation, training methodologies, and legal education. These programs have been supported by organizations including the USAID Rule of Law Program, the Mediators Association of Georgia, the Georgian Bar Association, the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), the Council of Europe, and other international institutions.
Her professional experience spans both the public and private sectors. From 2006 to 2011, she worked at the National Agency of Public Registry under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, including in managerial positions, where she contributed to the implementation of significant institutional and large-scale projects. Since 2014, she has served as Chief Legal Counsel at K&K Consulting.
Nina Gersamia actively participates in national and international scientific forums, conferences, seminars, and professional projects. She is the author and a co-author of academic publications and scholarly works in the field of mediation, including the official Commentary to the Law on Mediation of Georgia.
