Currently, Director and Co-Founder of Legal Group LLC, Mediator of Collective Labor Disputes (provided by Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, Invited Lecturer at the Business and Technology University, Member of the Labor Law Committee of the Georgian Bar Association, Mentor Trainer at the Practical Academy, Mediation Trainer.
She is a graduate of Law faculty in Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with BA and MA dagrees. Currently She is working on a doctoral thesis. The first term of the Ph.D course she was running at Friedrich-Schiller University, Jena (Germany) and Spring term at Saarland University, Saarland (Germany).
She has received the German Academic Exchange Service Scholarship (DAAD), the European Commission "Erasmus +" Scholarship and etc.She has completed an internship at the Federal Chancellery of Austria (Vienna).
Shehas worked at LEPL Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation (Lawyer), LEPL Children and Youth Development Fund (Grant Project Manager), Newsroom LLC (Chief Lawyer), Palitranews LLC (Chief Lawyer), Radio Palitra LLC (Chief Lawyer), Palitra Holding LLC (Head of Legal Department).
She has lectured law at the following law faculties: Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Georgian National University, European Teaching University.
