Chairperson of the Georgian Association of Mediators, Irakli Kandashvili held an introductory meeting with the First Secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine in Georgia, Mr. Oleksandr Shulga on the topic of mediation, as a new dispute resolution mechanism.
The parties discussed future cooperation forms, within the framework of which Ukrainian citizens and business representatives in Georgia will receive information on the mediation mechanism in case of a dispute.
Particular attention was paid to the advantages having no alternative for the parties in dispute to protect their interests quickly and effectively by way of mediation.
Particular activities and future collaborative initiatives were planned.
