The Georgian Association of Mediators, with the support of a joint project of the European Union and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), with the involvement of foreign experts, continues working on the draft Code of Ethics and the Rule of Disciplinary Proceedings of the Georgian Mediators Association.
The members of the Association familiarized themselves with the draft Code of Ethics and discussed the needs for further improvement of the draft.
The Georgian Association of Mediators hopes that the most important process for further development of mediation in Georgia will be completed by adoption of legal acts in line with the European standards, which will be a prerequisite for high public confidence in their profession.
