Irakli Kandashvili, the chairman of the Mediators of Association of Georgia, as the head of the Mediation Committee of the European Bar Association, moderated the international webinar - "Mediation of cross-border business disputes"
The webinar was organized within the framework of cooperation between the European Bar Association and the Hong Kong International Mediation Center and was aimed at mutual sharing of practices for lawyers and mediators who are members of the European Bar Association and the Hong Kong Center.
At the end of the meeting, a thematic discussion was held among the participants, interesting and important questions were asked and mediation practices in different countries were shared.
