According to the Memorandum, the institutions agreed to take joint efforts to promote mediation, to develop effective court mediation, and to carry out planned joint projects to increase awareness of mediation.
This cooperation is an important prerequisite for further development of mediation in Georgia.
The Memorandum was signed by Chairman of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Nino Kadagidze and Chairperson of the Georgian Association of Mediators, Irakli Kandashvili.
The representatives of international organizations and the business sector represented in Georgia attended the event.
