On September 22-23, the Mediators Association of Georgia, with the support of the European Union and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), held a working meeting with assessors participating in the Mediator Certification Practice Skills Test.
The meeting was opened by Irakli Kandashvili, Chairman of the Mediators Association of Georgia, and Liana Kartsivadze, Project Manager of the European Union and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
Issues related to the examination of mediators' practical skills were discussed at the meeting, the evaluators shared their impressions of the evaluation process, as a result of the discussion the future goals and needs were identified. At the working meeting, participants exchanged views based on first-hand experience and focused on the fundamental issues that will make the process of testing the mediators' practical skills more effective.
