David Kvitini - mediator since 2023
Mr. Kvitini has obtained his LL.B. and LL.M from the Free University of Tbilisi and the University of Georgia respectively, and his MBA from the Business and Technology University.
During his studies, David participated in the Central and Eastern European Moot Court Competition and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Since 2018, he coached a few VisMoot Teams of the Free University of Tbilisi. Mr. Kvitini also participated in the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition.
Currently, Mr. Kvitini is an Executive Director at ExpatHub Legal & Tax. In addition to being a member of the Mediators Association of Georgia, Mr. Kvitini is also a collective labour dispute mediator and a member of the Georgian Bar Association. Working languages: Georgian and English.
