Lawyer by profession. Currently a member of the Georgian Bar Association and a practicing attorney. Executive Director of the legal firm “ILCC” and member of the Bar Association’s Ethics Commission. Also a member in several international organizations, including the European Women Lawyers Association (EWLA, Belgium), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA).

Serves as a Peace Ambassador for HWPL – Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (UN DPI), and is a founding and board member of the European Chamber of Lawyers (ECOL).

Graduated with honors from the Faculty of   Law a Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a Master’s degree in Law, followed by additional studies at Dickinson College in the United States.

Professional experience spans public institutions, private sector, and international organizations. From 2000 to 2009, Inga held legal positions at the Ministry of Defense of Georgia (Legal Department, Parliamentary Relations Division), the American Red Cross (Pennsylvania, USA), and the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. Worked as a lawyer at GT - International Legal Consulting Group from 2006 to 2007.

Passed the Bar Qualification Exam in 2007 and joined the Georgian Bar Association with a general specialization.

From 2009 to 2017, Inga served as Executive Director of the Georgian Bar Association (LEPL). Simultaneously held roles as a member of the Administrative Law Committee, board member of the Lawyers’ Social Assistance Fund, member of the Committee for the Protection of Lawyers' Rights, International Bar Association (IBA) representative from the Georgian Bar Association, and member of the Juvenile Justice Reform Working Group under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.
