Tinatin Gorgiladze - Mediator since 2026
Currently, the Manager of Parties’ Interests Protection and Mediation Department of National Bureau of Enforcement.
Lawyer by profession, holds a diploma from Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, specializing in International Law.
Tinatin has successfully completed training for Mediation skills and Mediation certification organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) in 2023-2024, as well as training on the topics of mediation, effective communications, and management of difficult situations organized by the Georgian Justice Training Center.
Tinatin’s mediation cases are in the following categories: business, family, inheritance, contract, labor, enforcement, banking, and tax law.
As for professional experience, she has been working in the justice system at the National Bureau of Enforcement of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia since 2014; served as Assistant to the President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia from 2007 to 2014; worked as a lawyer and administration board member at the Batumi Human Rights Center from 2006 to 2007; and prior to that, served as an intern in the Department of International Law at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. At that time, she wrote her diploma thesis on “Regulation of verifying the norms foreign countries’ law.”
