Ekaterine Lortkipanidze – mediator since 2024

Ekaterine is currently an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Specialist for the USAID Rule of Law Program. Within this program, she is involved in activities aimed at raising awareness about mediation and arbitration and supporting the institutional development of the Mediators Association of Georgia and the Georgian Association of Arbitrators.

A specialist in international relations, Ekaterine holds a master's degree from the Institute of Public Affairs of Georgia and a bachelor's degree in English from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

In 2023, she completed a 62-hour certified mediator program with RESOLVE/New Vision University and is an accredited mediator at Tbilisi City Court.

Professionally, Ekaterine has extensive experience managing projects focused on the rule of law, human rights protection, judicial reform, the prosecutor's office, the Georgian Bar Association, and State Legal Aid Service reforms. She has worked as a project officer at the Council of Europe Georgia office and as a project coordinator at the Norwegian Mission of Rule of Law Advisors to Georgia.

Working languages: Georgian, English, Italian and Russian.
