Elene Gogebashvili - mediator since 2022
Economist and lawyer by profession, currently a general specialization lawyer (law practice - civil, criminal and administrative cases). Also certified in Juvenile Justice and Child Rights Protection.
In 2019, she completed certification trainings in mediation (40 hours) and (25 hours) supported by Tbilisi State University, National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR), Georgian Bar Association (GBA) and Tbilisi Open University (TOU).
In 1993 she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Marketing and Management of TSU with the qualification of economist, and in 2005 she graduated from Sh. Faculty of Law of the Nutsubidze University and has been awarded the qualification of a lawyer.
Regarding professional experience: in 1993-1994, she worked as an accountant in Bolnisi forestry. In 1994-1995, she worked as a teacher of special subjects at Bolnisi Multidisciplinary College, and in 1995-2000, she was the chief economist-accountant of Bolnisi Poultry Breeding Breeder. In 2008-2010, she worked as a notary's assistant. She has been a member of the Bar Association since 2006. She is engaged in private law practice, is also a mentor lawyer of the Georgian Bar Association, has received a number of certificates and actively participates in trainings and seminars planned by Georgian and international organizations.
In 2022, she successfully passed the three-step program stipulated by the certification rules of the Association of Mediators of Georgia.
