Lia Gzirishvili - mediator since 2025

is a graduate of the Bachelor's Program in International Relations at Caucasus University. In 2022, she was an intern at the Tbilisi City Council in the field of foreign relations, in 2023 she was an intern at the Institutional and Capacity Development Center-ICDC, and also studied a new profession, HR Compliance. In 2022, she was a coordinator at the company "Inova", and in 2024 she became a Personal Data Protection Officer, Moderator.In 2022, she completed a course on NATO and the European Union. In 2022, she was a participant in the Georgian School of Progressive Ideas, both in the direction of feminism and political ideology. In 2023, the project of the Elizbar Eristavi Energy Training Center at the Georgian National Energy and Water Regulatory Commission - on the regulation of the energy and water supply sector (graduate of SEMEC), in 2023 she successfully completed the course Conversations with Ambassadors: Foreign Security.Lia participated in the project "Women for Peace and Security", also had the unique opportunity to attend the EUPOLTRANS training course - "Transposition of EU Legislation in Georgia", as well as the course of the Georgian Youth Association project "NATO School", in 2023 a UN Model was held at the Tbilisi Youth Center. In 2023, she successfully completed the joint course of NATO PDD and NX Academy: NATO as a reliable partner of Georgia in the process of integration into the European Union. Participant of the 2024 Winter School of the Caucasus International University on “Local Self-Government”. In 2024, she successfully completed the course “On the Middle East” at the Rondeli Foundation, as well as the second training program “For Young Politicians”. In 2024, she participated in a youth camp on electoral issues. In 2025, she was a graduate of the UN Women project “Women's Leadership for Democracy in Georgia”.
