Currently Legal Advisor in Chief of the Law firm - PLS -Professional Legal Services, Founding Partner of the Business Consulting Agency - Business Development Group, Invited Lecturer at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Faculty of Law and editor-in-chief of the scientific journal of the same university - "Private Law Review". Legal advisor and invited expert/trainer in several companies practicing law. Member of the Georgian Bar Association in the field of civil/administrative law.
Lawyer, holds Master’s (LL.M) degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law as well as Bachelor's (LL.B) degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law.
Since 2019, Marika has undergone certification training in mediation (40 hours), supported by Tbilisi State University, the Georgian National Bar Association Alternative dispute resolution center (NCADR) and the Georgian Bar Association (GBA). Marika is also the author of a number of scientific works and studies in the field of law.
Her mediation practice includes: Commercial, Obligations, Contractual, Inheritance, Family, Labor law and Banking relations.
