Over the years, Marina's legal practice has spanned both the public and private sectors. From 2018 to 2019, she worked at the Competition Agency of Georgia, and from 2019 to 2020, she practiced law at the firm J&T Consulting and at Caucasus Auto Import, a leading company in the automobile market in the Caucasus region. From 2020 to 2023, she was part of the Regulatory Compliance Department at the Bank of Georgia. Since 2023, she has been an associate at the law firm 'BLC,' where she provides legal services to various local and international companies, with a focus on contracts, commercial and corporate law, banking, and securities.
In 2019, she completed a 40-hour certification course in mediation at the Edwards Mediation Academy, and in 2023, she completed a 60-hour certification training in mediation accredited by the Association of Mediators of Georgia at the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR). She has participated in numerous conferences, legal projects, and competitions, and is also the author of a scientific article on mediation.
