Nato Kavtaradze - Mediator since 2026
Nato Kavtaradze has been a licensed attorney specializing in civil law since 2011 and additionally holds a certified specialization in children’s rights.
She graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law at the Georgian Technical University and obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate (PhD) in Private Law at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, focusing on investor protection through capital market law mechanisms.
Throughout her 18 years of professional experience, Ms. Kavtaradze has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences, legal research projects, and professional training programs.
She completed a professional traineeship at Deutsches Aktieninstitut e.V. (German Association for the Promotion of Share Ownership) in Frankfurt am Main and was awarded a doctoral research fellowship at the European University Viadrina (Frankfurt Oder, Germany).
