Ramila Ismailova- mediator since 2024
Ramila Ismailova is a dedicated lawyer. She holds a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law at Grigol Robakidze University.
Ramila completed 60 hours of mediation certification training through the Mediators Association of Georgia, funded by the European Union and the United Nations Development Programme.
She successfully completed the three-step program stipulated by the certification rules of the Association of Mediators of Georgia.
Currently, she co-founded the "Alternative Dispute Resolution" center at Grigol Robakidze University.
In terms of professional experience, she has practiced law since 2019. She also works as an assistant lawyer. During her university studies, she completed an internship at the "House of Justice"—legal ethics and practical skills. She has been working as a marketing manager at Hydroelectricity since 2019. At different times, she has participated in several state organization's training courses and projects. She also participated in the Friedrich Ebert Foundation's - research.
