Tatia Maisuradze - mediator since 2023

Lawyer, she has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2022, at the same time, Tatia is a member of the Jury Trial Institute's working group. Currently, she is a lawyer of the "Georgian-American Law Academy" with general specialization.

Since 2021, Tatia has completed a certificate training in mediation (92 hours), supported by Tbilisi State University and the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR). Tatia is also the author of a number of scientific works and studies, including those related to the Institute of Mediation.

As for the professional experience, her work experience in different years is related to both public and private sector. In 2021-2022, she worked in the administrative service of the National Mineral Resources Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. In 2020-2021, she worked at the Public Safety Command Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. In 2019, her work experience is related to the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association.

Tatia has completed course of Trial Advocacy skills with the involvement of trainer-lawyers from Miami-Dade County (USA) within the framework of cooperation between the Georgian Bar Association and the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), US State Department.

At the same time, Tatia has passed the Training of Trainers (TOT) in Jury Trial Advocacy skills organized by the Georgian Bar Association and supported by the US Embassy (INL), with the participation of Georgia state (USA) trainer-lawyers.

Her mediation practice includes: Commercial, Labor and Banking relations, Obligations, Contractual and Family law.
